Community ClassTaught like an Hour of Power class, but a donation-based format. These "Practice for a Purpose" donations will benefit local charities.
Strength & StillnessA strong 40-minute vinyasa followed by 40 minutes of Guided Yoga Nidra.
Foundations of YogaA great class for beginners and those who prefer a slower approach. You will build awareness and strength and create a sense of ease in your body and mind.
Power Yoga for AthletesThis heat-building, high energy flow class will strengthen and balance your muscles, increase your range of motion, and enhance lung capacity through powerful breathing techniques! The sequences focus on hips and hamstrings.
Yin YogaA deep practice focusing on breath and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to release tension and stress stored in the connective tissues in the lower body specifically the hips and hamstrings. This is a perfect complement to a vinyasa practice.

Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Master Class is a well rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living. The class is intended to invigorate your body and help you develop a calm, less reactive state of mind. In a Power Yoga workshop, you are encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy and benefit from the workshop.

A Power Yoga Master Class typically includes:
- 1 hour lecture about basic philosophy and fundamentals
- 2 hour physical practice incorporating principles from the lecture

Yoga for Recovery classes will be held on Sundays 11am-12pm starting January 11. Seva Power Yoga and the Transformation Yoga Project are sponsoring a donation-based class for recovery. Learn how the ancient practice of yoga, mindfulness and meditation can reduce stress, lower anxiety, increase strength and flexibility and promote healing from addictions. Suitable for the beginner yet all levels are welcome.

At Seva Power Yoga, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, especially students. Our student class rate is $10.
