A blog post from our yoga teacher, friend, mentor, Jessie Braun....
As I increase my daily/weekly mileage, I find myself worrying about choosing between my two favorite things - Yoga and Running. If I go for a long run today, when will I fit my practice in? If I go to that 90 minute Vinyasa class, when will I fit in my long run? And what will I feel like doing both on the same day?? The simple answer is Yes - I can do both, on the same day, and fit it all in!!
